Terms, Conditions and Cancellations
By placing an order for any of our products that include alcohol, the buyer represents that they are at least 21 years of age, are legally allowed to purchase alcohol in their State and/or Country, and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years of age.
All states currently require the signature of a sober adult as well as proof of age (i.e. driver’s license) when alcohol products are delivered. As proof of age will be required, no wine will be left on porches or doorsteps. For your convenience we suggest you have your package delivered to your place of business. Our packaging is non-descript specifically for this purpose.
All alcoholic beverages are sold in Oregon and title passes to the buyer in Oregon. Learn Wine Club makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wine into any state outside of Oregon. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, the buyer authorizes Learn Wine Club to act on the buyer's behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver the order. In many cases, the buyer may be able to make arrangements to pick up their monthly shipment at a local wine retailer.
The wine bottles are packaged in sturdy corrugated cardboard and are easily recycled. The packaging is designed to protect the bottles during shipment, but is not guaranteed. Should your wine arrive in a damaged condition, contact our office immediately by phone at 1-800-883-6417 or by email at info@learnwineclub.com for resolution.
If you are not completely satisfied with our products or services, or wish to cancel your membership, please contact our office immediately by phone at 1-800-883-6417 or by email at info@learnwineclub.com.
